Choose what you need delivered
You start by deciding which service you want at the end of the project:
Rough Cut / Raw Processing (proxy workflow): we build the story, structure, music and voiceover with smaller proxy files, then you relink to full-res on your side.
Full Edit (final delivery): we edit from your full-resolution footage and deliver a finished export that you can send straight to your client.

Receive your quote and confirm the project
Once deliverables are confirmed, we send a detailed quote with clear pricing.
If the client is happy, we move straight into onboarding and file delivery.

Client Onboarding (New Clients)
For new clients, we schedule a short onboarding video call. During this call, we learn your editing style and brand preferences.
Review examples of your past work.
Discuss pacing, music style, storytelling approach
Talk through colour-grading preferences (warmer, cooler, true-to-life, etc.).
Understand how they shoot so edits feel consistent with their work.
This step is key to long-term consistency.

Upload Your Footage
Depending on the service chosen, we’ll provide a WeEdit or WeTransfer upload link:
Rough Cut / Raw Processing:
Clients upload proxy files or smaller working files.
Full Edit:
Clients upload full-resolution footage for final delivery.
We clearly guide clients on exactly what needs to be uploaded.

Editing & Review
Our editing team completes the edit based on the agreed brief and onboarding notes.
Rough Cut / Raw Processing:
We create and deliver a full working rough cut of the edit. This is supplied as a complete working file and does not include any revisions. The client is free to take this file and continue editing as they wish.
Full-Service Editing:
We deliver a preview edit for client review. Once feedback is received, one round of changes is included as part of the service.
Any additional revisions beyond this will be quoted and charged separately.
All edits go through internal quality control before being sent for review or final delivery.

Final Delivery
Once approved, the final edits are delivered in the agreed formats, ready for:

Archiving
